Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

Orders received on the Good Pets Foods website selecting the "Flat Rate Shipping" or "Free Shipping" options will be shipped within 3 business days and generally arrive within 5-7 business days after being shipped. Good Pets Foods will take every reasonable effort to communicate any delays in shipping.


Expedited Shipping

Items selecting one of the expedited shipping options from 3rd party carriers will be shipped within 1 business day. The time in transit is determined by the shipping option selected. Good Pets Foods will take every reasonable effort to communicate any delays in shipping.


Items Arriving Damaged

If items arrive damaged please contact Good Pets Foods immediately using our Contact Us page, or replying to your emailed receipt. Good Pets Foods will send instructions for returning the damaged product along with replacing the damaged product.


Missing Items or Incomplete Order

If your order arrives incomplete please contact Good Pets Foods right away at info@goodpetsfoods.com. We will promptly respond and work with you to ensure any missing items are delivered to you.


Lost Shipment 

If you feel your order has been lost in transit please contact Good Pets Foods right away at info@goodpetsfoods.com. We will promptly respond and work with you to resolve this concern.
